Today AT&T announced the availability of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 via its web site. The tablet can be ordered online today while it will hit the provider’s stores on July 25th. With a 2 year contract the tablet costs $269.99, however customers can also purchase it for $0 down but commit to equal monthly installments of $18.50 for 20 months. Upfront the tablet charges $369.99.
The tablet prices are no differ from what T-Mobile is asking for this same tablet. If you’d fairly go with Magenta instead then T-Mobile is already selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. AT&T is offering users the chance to get $50 off the tablet by buying it with any Galaxy smartphone from the provider, so its an added incentive for consumers who are in the market for a new smartphone & tablet.
The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has an 8″ HD display and 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5GB of Ram memory. There’s 16GB of inner storage and micro SDcard support, a 3 MP back camera and 4,450mAh battery are also offer.
It runs Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and the software arrives with optimizations manufactured by Samsung. It even includes the Multi-Window feature which lets users run two apps at the same time.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 can be purchased right now from AT&T’s site, it can be available in stores on July 25th.
