How to Root Galaxy S3 Neo GT-I9300I on Android 4.4.4 KitKat

1. Charge your Galaxy S3 Neo above 60% battery level.
2. Enable USB Debugging
3. Install Required USB Drivers
4. Backup your device storage, Contacts, SMS. How? –> Sync with Google Sync.

Step 1: Download the latest Odin zip file and extract the file on your Laptop or computer.
Step 2: Double-click on the Odin3.exe file. This will open an Odin window.
Step 3: Boot your Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo into Download mode:
1) Switch off your device.
2) Press & hold Volume Down + Home + Power buttons at the same time and release them once you encounter a warning screen on your device.
Step 4: Press Volume Up to accept the warning. This takes you to download mode.
Step 5: Connect your Galaxy S3 to the PC via USB cable and make sure your device is recognized.
Step 6: Download the TWRP recovery file and flash it on your device using the Odin firmware flasher by putting the recovery file in the AP column.
Step 7: Reboot the device once you flashed the recovery & copy the SuperSu and Knox removal script zip files to the Galaxy S3 Neo storage.
Step 8: Now boot the Device into Recovery mode by pressing & holding Volume Up + Home and Power button together until the recovery screen shows up.
Step 9: In recovery, navigate to Settings and Enable screen timeout, then install the SuperSU & Knox Removal Script zip files.
